You can order online securely – we use the PAYPAL secure shopping basket and you can pay by credit card, bank transfer or PAYPAL balance. You do not need a PAYPAL account to purchase.

Essential Oils: Afterpay

We now offer the convenience of purchasing your essential oils and essential oil blends with Afterpay, the Australian “buy now, pay later” system which has taken the world by storm. Unlike traditional lay-by arrangements, you don’t have to wait to enjoy your essential oils. And unlike credit card purchases, there are no interest charges!

Once you have chosen your essential oils here at Naturally Nature, go to the “Checkout” screen where you will be able to select the “Afterpay” option. You’ll see the dates and amounts of your instalments; click to log into your Afterpay account, follow the instructions, and your goods will soon be on the way!

Shipping rates

Shipping within Australia is by Australia post.
Please note that our post charges cover the cost of the box, bag and bubble wrap that we send your goods in and the Australia Post charge only. We do not charge a ‘handling fee’ ie: we do not charge for our time to process, pack, or travel expenses to drive your parcel to the Australia Post Shop.

International shipping is by Australia Post International and is quoted on an individual basis. Please email us with your full name, shipping address and the items/quantities that you would like and we will reply with your quote/invoice. If you wish to proceed with the order simply follow the links on the email which will redirect you to the secure PAYPAL site for processing.

Packing

All Naturally Nature products are carefully packed to protect them from damage whilst in transit. We take special care to ensure that you receive your products in good condition – each item is carefully wrapped. If for reasons beyond our control, your goods are damaged in transit, please notify us immediately by phone or email with proof of  purchase.

Despatch and delivery

Here at Naturally Nature, we pride ourselves on our ‘quick turnaround’ because we know you just can’t wait to start looking after yourself in the right way with Naturally Nature! Orders are normally despatched within 1-2 working days of receipt of full payment. Customers will receive notification by email when orders have been packaged and dispatched. Australian customers can expect to receive orders within 3-4 working days, subject to Australia Post.

Exchange policy

If any of our products is found to be defective or damaged during transit we will gladly exchange the product.

Please notify us as soon as possible and return the product, in its original packaging with proof of purchase, within 14 days.
Please return, accompanied with an explanation as to why it is being returned, to Naturally Nature PO Box 1592, Cleveland Qld 4163 Australia. We do not accept responsibility for postal charges or lost items when returning /exchanging goods.
