Sweet marjoram has a calming effect relieving anxiety & stress, useful in cases of insomnia.
Has a warming effect on the emotions creating feelings of comfort.
Also effective in dealing with swollen joints & muscular aches & pains.
Uses:
Add 3-4 drops to an oil vaporiser, add four drops to every 10ml of carrier oil for adults.
Caution:
Keep out of the reach of children, may cause skin sensitivity if undiluted, do not take internally & avoid during pregnancy. Store below 30c.
